Palestinian football side to play Tanzania

The Palestinian national football team has touched down in Tanzania for a maiden international friendly against the Taifa Stars on Wednesday

"The delegation of 27 players and officials arrived on Sunday for the game, at the invitation of the Tanzania Football Federation," federation president Leodegar Tenga told AFP.

Tanzania will use the game as a build-up for next month's African Nations Cup qualifier against Group D leaders the Central African Republic in Dar es Salaam.
