The factions described the meetings as "positive and constructive," emphasizing the need to confront Israeli aggression and resist attempts to displace Palestinians from their homeland, particularly in Gaza, the West Bank, and Jerusalem.

They also called for the lifting of the blockade on Gaza and the West Bank to ensure the delivery of humanitarian aid without restrictions.

Rejecting any attempts to separate Gaza from the West Bank, the factions affirmed the right to self-determination and the establishment of an independent state with full sovereignty over all occupied Palestinian territories.

Furthermore, the Palestinian movements stressed the importance of preventing the consolidation of Israeli occupation and control over any part of Gaza or other occupied territories.

Hussein Hamayel, spokesperson for the Fatah political party, had stated that the talks aim to establish a technocratic government and emphasized the importance of unity among the factions.

This meeting occurred shortly after the resignation of the Palestinian government, paving the way for discussions on forming a new government.

The goal is to form a new government in the Palestinian Authority, which governs parts of the West Bank, Hamayel told CNN.

Palestinian Foreign Minister Riyad al-Maliki had expressed hope that the talks would lead to an understanding about the need for a technocratic government, although he did not anticipate immediate breakthroughs.

He suggested that the meeting in Moscow should be followed by further meetings in the region.

The factions also expressed support for Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails and emphasized the role of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) in caring for Palestinian refugees, according to the 10-clause statement.

They affirmed their commitment to the path of resistance and struggle until the liberation of Palestine and the establishment of an independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital.
