The three countries were placed in Group B alongside Argentina Hungary and Norway.

Denmark, in addition to being the silver medalist at the 2021 Tokyo Olympics, are also the reigning 2023 World Champions, while France finished as the runners-up.

Group A features Japan, Germany, Croatia, Spain, Sweden, and Slovenia.

The Pharaohs earned their spot in the Olympics after winning the Africa Cup of Nations earlier this year.

They showcased a strong performance during the Tokyo Olympics, achieving a historic fourth-place finish.

The first four teams in each group will advance to the quarter-finals.
