The victory, however, was not enough for the Reds to overturn their deficit, as they suffered a stunning 3-0 loss in the first leg at Anfield last week, resulting in their exit from the tournament.
Salah, 31, successfully converted a seventh-minute penalty in the second leg in Bergamo after Trent Alexander-Arnold's cross struck Matteo Ruggeri's arm.
"I am not particularly concerned. That's what strikers do, that's what happens to strikers, that's how it is. We have to go through this, he has to go through that," Klopp stated during the post-game press conference.
"He is one of the most experienced players we have in the squad. It's not that Mo hasn't missed chances before in his life; that's a part of the game," he added.
"The penalty was super-convincing, a fantastic penalty. Then, the next chance, that was obviously unlucky, but it is not the first time he has missed a chance like that," the Liverpool boss explained.
"I will not make a big story of it. What you make of it, I obviously have no influence on it. But no, I am not particularly concerned," Klopp concluded.
Liverpool, currently third in the English Premier League table with 71 points, two points behind leaders Manchester City and level with second-place Arsenal, are in pursuit of the league title this season.
Their next match will be against Fulham on Sunday, the 33rd matchday of the league.
