Every Sunday, 8pm: The Nile Troupe for Folk Instruments performs dances and songs from Upper Egypt on mizmar, tabla and other traditional musical instruments.
Every Friday, 8pm: “Alaragouz wa Khayal Al-Zel” (The Shadow Puppet), a free public performance by clowns in Al-Muaaz Street, presented by Wamda and directed by Nabil Bahgat.

Thurs 25, 8pm: Acclaimed musicians Tamsin Elliott and Tarek Elazhary explore the parallels and celebrating the idiosyncrasies of both Egyptian and English folk traditions. 

Fri 26, 8pm: "Molook El Sanaa" (kings of the profession) is a musical night that brings together more than one rapper, DJ, and Mahrajanat singers from all over Egypt for the first time. You will hear a mixture of more than one music genre, such as rap, electro, and the mahrajan, from the founders of the Mahrajan and the rap stars. 

Wed 1 May, 8pm: El Sira El Hilaleya troupe will present a collection of inspiring stories from The Hilali Epic (El Sira El Hilaleya), the popular Arab saga that embodies the spirit of heroism, bravery, and generosity. One of the most traditional folk epics, its pioneers and poets are renowned in Upper Egypt and the world, such as Sayyed El-Dawi and Gaber Abu Hussein. The troupe will perform the part of the orphans' leaving Tunisia, and the assassination of Sultan Mabid.
