The schedule sees traditional powerhouses Ahly take on Aluminum Nag Hamadi on 29th May, while their rivals Zamalek will face Proxy FC a day later.
Matches on 30th May also include Ismaily facing Qanah FC, with Pyramids FC playing El Nasr of Cairo on 31st May.
The EFA confirmed that drawn matches after regulation time will be decided by 30 minutes of extra time.
Ahly enters the competition as the reigning champions. They secured their record-extending 39th Egyptian Cup title with a 2-0 victory over Zamalek at the Alawwal Park stadium in Riyadh. Zamalek, with 28 titles, will be looking to close the gap on their historic rivals in this year's edition.
The EFA sent a clarification to the media precising that these games will be played with international players as the June international window will run from 3 to 11 June. However, Egypt international players will not be available for selection as the Pharaohs camp will commence on 28 May.
Egypte will face Burkina Faso and Guinea-Bissau on 7 and 10 June respectively in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.
