FM Shoukry to attend Arab ministerial meeting with President Macron in Paris to discuss ending Gaza war
Minister of Foreign Affairs Sameh Shoukry headed to Paris Friday morning to participate in a meeting with his counterparts from Qatar, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE along with President Emmanuel Macron to discuss the ways to end the war in Gaza.

The meeting will take place per an invitation from the French President, according to a statement by the foreign ministry on Friday.
The meeting reflects the French side's commitment to communicating and coordinating with Arab ministers to push for a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, the statement added.
The discussions will also focus on ways to end the humanitarian crisis and ensure the adequate flow of aid to the strip's residents.
Additionally, the talks will cover international and regional efforts to find a serious political horizon to resolve this crisis at its roots and support the implementation of the two-state solution.
