"There is no doubt Mohamed Salah will be one of our options, Mostafa Mohamed too. We are looking for players who will benefit us at Paris," Micale declared.

"We have 5-6 names on the table so far, and I will choose the three players who I believe will best contribute to the team's success," he revealed.

"We work closely with the Egyptian clubs to ensure player availability, there are no issues between us and any club. We represent Egypt in this important tournament, and we seek the support of all clubs," he said.

Egypt beat Cote d'Ivoire 2-1 on Tuesday in their last warm up ahead of the Paris Games. The Pharaohs have been drawn into Group C alongside Spain, Uzbekistan and the Dominican Republic.
