Ambassador Muhannad Al-Aklouk, the Permanent Representative of the State of Palestine to the LAS, said in a statement today that the request for this meeting comes in light of the continuation of the genocide that Israel has committed against the Palestinian people for nine consecutive months and in light of the occupation government's recent approval of a series of aggressive sanctions against the State of Palestine.
