Finance, investment ministers step down from Talaat Moustafa, Edita boards of directors
Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) and Edita Food Industries SAE announced the resignation of Minister of Finance Ahmed Kouchouk and Minister of Investment and External Trade Hassan ElKhatib, respectively, from their boards of directors, according to official statements sent to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).

Misr Insurance Company, a member of TMG's board of directors, reported Kouchouk's resignation from representing the company on the group's board of directors due to his appointment as finance minister.
"Misr Insurance Company would later provide a new representative for the board of directors," giant Egyptian real estate developer TMG said in its disclosure to the EGX.
On the other hand, Edita Food Industries announced on Tuesday that ElKhatib's resignation is currently being viewed by the company's board of directors to take all necessary actions, according to their disclosure.
