“Six weeks ago I laid out a comprehensive framework for how to achieve a ceasefire and bring the hostages home," he wrote on X.
"There is still work to do and these are complex issues, but that framework is now agreed to by both Israel and Hamas."
"My team is making progress and I'm determined to get this done."
There was no immediate comment from either Hamas or Israel.
Israel launched a wide war on Gaza, killing more than 38,240 people, mostly women and children since 7 October.
President Biden first proposed his framework for a peace deal in May.
The three-phase proposal starts with a six-week complete ceasefire that would see Israeli forces withdraw from all populated areas of Gaza.
