Biden, 81, will speak in the Roosevelt Room of the White House, a day after he gave a brief statement near his beach retreat in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, it said in updated daily guidance.
Biden earlier confirmed that investigations into the attempted assassination of Trump have begun, noting that "security agencies are working diligently to ensure those responsible for this cowardly act are held accountable."
