Aymen is Ahly's first new signing as the club aims to strengthen its squad ahead of the upcoming season, which will involve multiple engagements for the African champions.
The 25-year-old, who is a product of the Aspire Academy in Qatar, joined Al-Duhail's youth teams in 2017.
In January 2018, he was loaned to the U-21 team of the Belgian club KAS Eupen before returning to Al-Duhail a year later.
He has also had stints at Qatari sides Qatar SC and Al-Sailiya SC before rejoining Al-Duhail in the summer of 2022.
The Qatari defender, who also holds Egyptian nationality, has made five appearances for the Qatar national team so far.
