Ambassador Scholz added that he will continue working to strengthen cooperation between the two countries.

The new ambassador has extensive diplomatic experience and has served in several regions, including Ankara and New York.

Ambassador Scholz presented a copy of his credentials to Ambassador Ashraf El-Deeb, acting director of the Protocol Department at the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs headquarters.

He will be officially accredited after delivering the original copy of his credentials to Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi.
