During a raid carried out overnight into Thursday, the Israeli occupation vehicles bulldozed the infrastructure in the neighbourhoods of Tulkarm and deliberately vandalized public and private property, including homes and shops along the service road in the centre of the camp, WAFA news agency reported.
The Israeli forces imposed a tight siege on the camp amid sounds of explosions and gunfire, coinciding with the launching of light bombs, WAFA added.
Israel carries out near-daily raids in the West Bank, with violence surging since the war on Gaza broke out on 7 October.
The Palestinian health ministry said at least 637 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli fire in the West Bank since the war started.
Meanwhile, the Israeli forces detained 25 Palestinians, including two women and a child, across the West Bank overnight into Thursday morning.
The Palestinian Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoners' Society (PPS) said in a joint press statement that the detentions took place in multiple governorates across the West Bank.
According to the two organizations, Israel has detained over 10,000 Palestinians from the West Bank, including Jerusalem, since the Gaza war began.
