Marmoush scores first Bundesliga goal of season in Frankfurt Win

Egyptian international Omar Marmoush opened his scoring account for the Bundesliga season as Eintracht Frankfurt defeated Hoffenheim 3-1 on Saturday.

The 25-year-old winger netted in the 56th minute, converting a cross from Mario Götze with a right-footed shot before being substituted in the 80th minute.

Marmoush also played a key role in Frankfurt's opening goal, providing an assist with a long pass to Hugo Ekitike in the 24th minute.

Marmoush has been in outstanding form in the 2023/2024 season, scoring 17 goals and providing 6 assists during taking part in 41 games for the German side across all competitions.

His performances have reportedly attracted interest from Premier League club Nottingham Forest in the summer transfer window deadline.

Frankfurt's victory over Hoffenheim followed a 2-0 defeat to Borussia Dortmund in their opening Bundesliga match.
