Moreover, the club have facilitated the loan transfer of three players from Ahly to Ismaily in a mutually beneficial agreement.
El-Saaiy, 21, marks Ahly's fourth summer signing, following the addition of defender Youssef Ayman from Qatari club Al-Duhail SC.
The club have strengthened its defensive line by securing Moroccan left-back Yahia Attiyat Allah on loan from Russian outfit PFC Sochi and finalizing a four-year deal with Moroccan defender Achraf Dari from French side Brest.
El-Saaiy earned his spot in Ismaily's senior squad in 2022.
He also showcased his talent through 33 appearances last season when he netted four goals and provided four crucial assists.
Additionally, his prowess earned him a call-up to the Egyptian U-20 national team to represent his country in the U-20 Africa Cup 2023.
After offloading Malian midfielder Alio Dieng, Egyptian defender Mohamed Abdelmonem, and several other players from the departure list this summer, Ahly aims to strengthen their squad in preparation for a demanding season ahead.
The club are set to compete in various prestigious tournaments, including the African Champions League, the African Super League, the Intercontinental Cup, the reformed Club World Cup, and domestic competitions.
