The Ministry of Defense and Military Production, the Ministry of Civil Aviation, and the Egyptian Space Agency have organized the event, under the auspices of President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi.

Following is what we know about the airshow in its first edition.

• It will be held at Alamein International Airport from 3 to 5 September.
• Over 300 companies and entities from the aviation and aerospace industry worldwide, representing more than 100 countries, will participate.
• Various civil, military, and unmanned aircraft models will be on display at the tarmac of the Alamein airport.
• Elite global air show teams will perform, creating an atmosphere of excitement and thrill.
• There will be designated spaces for officials from Egyptian and foreign ministries, key figures from various governments, and relevant Egyptian ministers.
• The event will include important agreements between Egypt and important air aviation companies such as the Arab Organization for Industrialization and the French company Safran.
