Egypt bourse indices up at closing of Thursday trading

Egyptian Stock Exchange indices recorded collective increases at the closing of Thursday trading session as the Central Bank of Egypt's Monetary Policies Committee is to convene later in the day to decide on interest rate.

EGX indices show mixed performance

The market capital hit about EGP 2.115 trillion with transactions amounting to EGP 31.6 billion.

The main market index (EGX30) in increased by 0.1 percent, reaching the level of 31,029.7 points and the small and medium-sized stocks index (EGX70) was up by 0.36 percent, reaching the level of 7,254.36 points.

The all-embracing EGX 100 index was also up by 0.2 percent, closing at 10,351.12 points.
