Michalak, 26, arrived in Cairo ahead of the deal, which was announced on Ohod's official Instagram account.
No financial details of the deal were disclosed.
The versatile winger who can operate on both the right and left flanks will bolster Zamalek’s attacking options as they seek to challenge for domestic and continental titles this season.
The Polish forward joined Ohod last season from Turkish club Konyaspor, featuring in 33 matches, scoring 8 goals and providing 2 assists.
In the current campaign, Michalak has already made three appearances, netting once and assisting another goal.
