Egyptian international Omar Marmoush once again demonstrated his goal-scoring prowess by bagging two goals for Eintracht Frankfurt in their 2-1 victory over Wolfsburg in the Bundesliga on Saturday.

The 25-year-old winger found the net in the 30th minute, capitalizing on a cross from Hugo Ekitike.

However, Wolfsburg’s Ridle Baku scored the equalizer in the 76th minute, but Marmoush sealed the win for the visitors eight minutes before the final whistle with a well-taken penalty kick.

Marmoush had previously played a crucial role in Frankfurt's 3-1 win over Hoffenheim in the second matchday of the Bundesliga, contributing a goal and an assist.

In the 2023/2024 season, the Egypt international star has been in remarkable form, tallying 17 goals and 6 assists in 41 appearances for the German side across all competitions.

Frankfurt's triumph against Wolfsburg followed a 3-1 victory over Hoffenheim and a 2-0 defeat to Borussia Dortmund in their Bundesliga opener.

The Eagles currently sit seventh in the Bundesliga standings with six points, just one point adrift of league leaders Dortmund.
