This came during a comprehensive meeting, held at the New Alamein City Authority headquarters.

These projects are being implemented by the New Urban Communities Authority as part of the state's plan to maximize the benefits of northwestern coast lands, following directives from President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi.

The minister reviewed studies by specialized consulting firms to determine appropriate locations for constructing lakes south of the international coastal road to increase land value and create more investment opportunities for tourism development projects.

El-Sherbiny emphasized the urgency of starting the lake construction at the "New Marina" project south of Marina Alamein Tourist Center, stressing that the lake will be completed by next summer.

Additionally, he followed up on the infrastructure enhancement efforts at Marina Alamein, including improvements in drinking water systems, sanitation, marine works, green spaces, and roads, as well as the ongoing construction of "Marina 8," featuring villas, twin houses, chalets, and apartment buildings across 400 acres.

Moreover, El-Sherbiny received detailed updates on the progress of utility and road projects in "Shams El-Hekma," a designated area for residents of Ras El-Hekma, and the development of lands in West Dabaa.

These plans include building a fully serviced urban community to accommodate locals and to create regional investment areas along the coastal road.

In addition, El-Sherbiny reviewed the status of residential projects in New Alamein City, including the Coastal Towers, Downtown Towers, the Mazarine Compound, and the Latin Quarter.

He also reviewed the housing projects established as part of the presidential initiative "Housing for All Egyptians," urging strict adherence to the project timelines to ensure timely delivery of units to buyers.

Furthermore, the minister discussed the census and negotiation results with entities within the boundaries of Presidential Decree No. 361 of 2020 concerning reallocating lands in the northwestern coast for new urban communities.

He called for a clear timeline for the committee’s tasks and the collection of dues.

Finally, El-Sherbiny issued instructions to prepare weekly reports on the compliance of companies developing tourism projects within the jurisdiction of the New Urban Communities Authority in the northwestern coast.
