Ittihad of Alexandria sign Portuguese midfielder Filipe Nascimento

Ittihad of Alexandria have strengthened their midfield ranks with the signing of Portuguese Filipe Nascimento from Polish side Górnik Zabrze, the Egyptian club announced on Monday.

The 29-year-old midfielder has penned a three-year contract with the Alexandria-based club. 

The Portuguese midfielder made six appearances for Górnik Zabrze this season, scoring once.

A product of the Portuguese youth system, Nascimento has represented his country at various age levels, including the U16, U17, and U18 national teams.
