Orange users can make free international calls to Lebanon for seven days.
Meanwhile, Vodafone users will enjoy free calls for three days, including five minutes of international calls, five minutes of outgoing calls while roaming, and five minutes of incoming calls while roaming, all renewed daily.
This comes amid intense Israeli airstrikes in eastern and southern Lebanon that killed more than 600 and wounded hundreds in the past 72 hours.
On Wednesday, Egypt urged its citizens to avoid travelling to Lebanon "unless necessary," calling on citizens currently residing in Lebanon to exercise the utmost caution and avoid conflict areas.
On Tuesday, EgyptAir, the country's national carrier, suspended its flights from Cairo to Beirut until the situation in Lebanon stabilizes.
Several other countries have also urged their citizens to leave Lebanon, and international airlines have suspended flights to and from the country.
