The two AI parallel projects include a work by multidisciplinary designer Hassan Ragab (Egypt-USA) and a video project by Daniah Al-Saleh (Saudi Arabia).

Ragab's work, supported by Meta, bridges technology and traditional art, offering a fresh perspective on how artificial intelligence can contribute to and expand the realm of creative expression.

Al-Saleh's 10-minute piece revisits the golden era of Egyptian cinema (1940s-1960s), exploring how these films influenced Middle Eastern societies by subtly challenging norms around fashion, love, and personal expression.

Besides works embedded in AI technologies, this year’s exhibition brings together various cultural perspectives.

Other artists include Chris Levine (United Kingdom), celebrated for his pioneering work in light art and spatial awareness; Federica Di Carlo (Italy), who approaches her work with a deep connection to nature and the cosmos; Ik-Joong Kang (South Korea), renowned for his intricate mosaics; Jake Michael Singer (South Africa), who creates large-scale installations that explore the tension between natural landscapes and urban environments; and Jean Boghossian (Belgium/Lebanon), known as a master of the art of fire.

They will be joined by names such as Jean-Marie Appriou (France), Khaled Zaki (Egypt), Luca Boffi (Italy), Marie Khouri (Canada/Lebanon), Shilo Shiv Suleman (India), Studio INI by Nassia Inglessis  (Greece), and Xavier Mascaro (Spain).

Forever Is Now is curated by Art D’Egypte’s French-Egyptian founder Nadine Abdel-Ghaffar.

She has also curated exhibitions like Eternal Light at the Egyptian Museum (2017), Nothing Vanishes, Everything Transforms at Manial Palace (2018), and Reimagined Narratives at four sites on El-Muizz Street in historic Cairo (2019).

The exhibition takes place under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as Experience Egypt, under the patronage of UNESCO.
