Celebrating Autumn blossoms: International Flower Expo 2024 kicks off Thursday in Egypt

The Autumn Flower edition of the International Flower Expo 2024 will kick off on Thursday at the El-Horreya Garden (or Freedom Garden) in Zamalek, promising an exceptional experience for flower and plant lovers and agricultural enthusiasts across Egypt.

The expo will be open daily from 9am to midnight until 10 November, lasting one month.

It will feature a vibrant display of autumn flowers, showcasing leading exhibitors who will present innovative floral arrangements.

Tickets are set at EGP 20 for adults and EGP 10 for children and can be purchased upon entrance, with no prior reservation.

Attendees can use the Opera Metro Station, the closest station to the garden for logistical convenience.

The expo, which has a rich history of over 90 years, embodies a long-standing tradition of celebrating agriculture in Egypt.

It stands as the premier event uniting flower and plant enthusiasts across Egypt. This vibrant event is held twice a year, with the Spring Flower edition having occurred earlier in May and the Autumn Flower edition set to commence on Thursday, according to the expo’s Facebook page.

This annual event typically features various flowers, plants, gardening equipment, and decorative items, showcasing a remarkable array of unique and rare products, read the Facebook post.

It serves as a showcase for local and international exhibitors, featuring top exhibitors from agricultural companies and nurseries managed by agricultural exhibition experts.

Moreover, it gathers florists, horticulturists, and gardening enthusiasts who look forward to exclusive offers and discounts from exhibitors.

The expo will include various sections to cater to its diverse visitors’ needs, including the Agriculture, Plants, and Flowers Section; Landscape Design Section; Agricultural Supplies Section; and Natural Food Products Section.
