After beating Manchester City in the start of Champions League Group D, Real Madrid became the first club to win 100 games in the European tournament since the current format began in 1992.
The Spanish giants are the first club to reach the milestone in the history of the competition in this format.
Real Madrid are a head of Manchester United and Barcelona, who started the season on 98 and 97 wins respectively, the Whites are also the highest scoring team with 351 goals.
Real Madrid coach JoseMourinho praised players after showing the fighting spirit that had been lacking in recent games and had caused him to question their commitment after beating Manchester City 3-2 on Tuesday.
