The ministry has arranged 100 eco-friendly buses, 30 gas-powered and 70 electric, to operate free of charge during the forum.
The buses will run from nine key stations in Greater Cairo: the First and Third Settlements, Mohandiseen, Stadium, Sheraton, Abdel Moneim Riad, Abbasiya, Maadi, and Dream Park.
The service will operate daily from 6:15am to 10:00pm with direct routes bypassing intermediate stops, and buses will depart every 10 minutes during peak hours.
Thirty percent of the buses will have accessibility features for individuals with special needs.
To further support the forum's activities, an additional 10 buses (seven from Akta Company and three from the Holding Company for Land and Maritime Transport) have been allocated for logistical services.
Meanwhile, the ministry indicated that it coordinated with Uber to provide a discounted transportation service to and from Al Manara Centre, to support the free bus service and offer more flexible travel options to and from the venue.
Accordingly, attendees will also benefit from discounted rides through Uber, thanks to the company’s special promo code that will be shared via the forum’s online application.

The application, available through a QR download link, provides useful information regarding bus schedules, locations, and route maps.
It also offers planning tools for additional public transportation in Cairo, including the metro, electric train, and public buses.
Furthermore, the ministry released a comprehensive guide on its official website and the forum’s platform, including details about the transportation services, station information with Google Maps locations and schedules, and schematic route maps.
A dedicated WhatsApp customer service line (01210126662) will also be available in Arabic and English for real-time assistance.
The ministry noted that it would oversee the transportation service from its control room during the event.
