The event is held at the Egypt International Exhibitions Centre in New Cairo, drawing over 20,000 attendees from more than 170 countries.

The app is designed to provide attendees with essential information on bus schedules and locations, ensuring smooth commutes to and from the forum venues.

It also features interactive route maps and helps users plan trips using other public transport options in Cairo, like the metro, electric train, and public buses.

The app is accessible through a downloadable QR code on  Google Play and App Store.

The ministry has also allocated free transportation services, including 100 eco-friendly buses from key stations in Greater Cairo.

The stations are the First and Third Settlements, Mohandeseen, Stadium, Sheraton, Abdelmonem Riad, Abbasiya, Maadi, and Dream Park.

These buses will run daily from 6:15am to 10:00pm, and 30 percent of them will have accessibility features for individuals with special needs.

Attendees can also enjoy discounted Uber rides through a promo code shared via the forum’s app.

WUF12 will run daily from Monday through Friday, with sessions beginning at 8:00am and concluding at 6:30pm.

Attendees representing financing institutions, civil society, academia, business community, and urban planning sectors will participate in over 500 sessions and workshops, exchanging insights and ideas on various urban development issues.
