Marmoush secured the winner eight minutes into the second half, helping the Bundesliga side to maintain their second place in the league stage with ten points, on level with Galatasaray of Turkey and Spanish side Athletic Club.
The international winger has showcased exceptional performances for Frankfurt this season, scoring 13 goals and providing nine assists in 15 matches in all fronts.
This goal marks Marmoush's second in the Europa League, following his previous strike against Turkish side Besiktas in October.
In the Bundesliga, he has netted ten goals to date, just one goal short of Bayern Munich's English striker Harry Kane, who leads the top scorers chart with 11 goals.
Many reports have suggested that the 25-year-old has drawn interest from Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich, who have shown a keen interest in the Egyptian player.
