The official National News Agency reported an air raid near the Lebanese University and another on the Burj al-Barajneh suburb.
The official news outlet later said the aerial attack had also hit the Al Jamous neighbourhood, which was not included in the Israeli army's so-called evacuation orders.
Echoes of the attack rang out over Beirut, while thick black smoke blanketed the region, NNA reported.
Israel has been carrying out a deadly assault on Lebanon since late September, when it expanded its war on Gaza to its northern border.
UN peacekeepers on Friday said the Israeli army damaged one of their south Lebanon positions in a "deliberate and direct" action against their forces. Since Israel began its invasion of Lebanon, it has repeatedly targeted UNIFIL, the peacekeeping mission stationed along the border, injuring many of its members.
Israeli airstrikes and bombardment of Lebanon have killed more than 3,105 and wounded more than 14,000 since 8 October 2023, according to the Lebanese health ministry.
Since September 23, Israel has killed more than 2,600 people in Lebanon, according to Health Minister Firass Abiad.
Since then, nearly 20 percent of the Lebanese population or 1.2 million have been displaced.
