Reports suggest that his outstanding form has captured the attention of Bundesliga powerhouse Bayern Munich, who are rumoured to be interested in acquiring the talented Egyptian forward.

Pharaohs coach Hossam Hassan has included just four foreign-based players for the qualifiers, namely Al Wakrah midfielder Hamdy Fathy, Al Rayyan's winger Mahmoud Trezeguet, Eintracht Frankfurt's prolific winger Omar Marmoush, and Nantes' sharpshooter Mostafa Mohamed.

Egypt are preparing to face Cape Verde in the upcoming AFCON qualifier this Friday. Just four days later, they will play Botswana at home.

The Pharaohs are scheduled to depart for Praia, the capital of Cape Verde, on Wednesday to acclimate and prepare for the crucial match set for Friday.

Currently sitting atop Group C with a flawless record of 12 points from all matches, Egypt has already secured their place in the tournament finals in Morocco.

Botswana follow closely in second place with six points, while Cape Verde and Mauritania occupy the third and fourth positions, each with three points.
