Awards revealed: 45th edition of Cairo International Film Festival

During the closing ceremony of the 45th Cairo International Film Festival, held on Friday, 22 November, at the Cairo Opera House, the winners in each competitive category were announced. The CIFF also revealed special prizes awarded to numerous films.

The Silver Pyramid, Special Jury Award for Best Director 
Natalia Nazarova, for her film Postmarks (Russia)

The Bronze Pyramid for Best First or Second work of a director
