According to a presidential statement, the tour aims to boost cooperation and coordination between Egypt and European nations.

In Copenhagen, El-Sisi will meet with Denmark’s king, prime minister, and Speaker of the Danish Parliament.

El-Sisi will also witness the signing of a strategic partnership declaration and several memoranda of understanding (MoUs) in different areas of cooperation between Egypt and Denmark.

On his second stop in Oslo, Norway, the president will meet with Norway’s king, prime minister, and Speaker of the Norwegian Parliament.

He will also hold meetings with the heads of several Norwegian companies operating in Egypt and sign several cooperation agreements between the two countries.

El-Sisi will conclude his European tour with a visit to Dublin, Ireland, where he will meet with the country’s president and prime minister.

According to the statement, the Egyptian president will discuss enhancing cooperation between the two countries and coordinating positions on international issues.
