"We have sensed, after the election, that the momentum is coming back," Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani told the Doha Forum for political dialogue, adding there had been "a lot of encouragement from the incoming administration to achieve a deal, even before the president comes to the office".
Meanwhile, the Israeli army continued its two-month-old deadly assaults on civilians and hospitals in northern Gaza.
Video footage documented the Israeli occupation army directly targeting an ambulance in front of Kamal Adwan Hospital in Beit Lahia where the occupation is continuing an ethnic cleansing campaign.
Medical sources reported that the occupation forces opened heavy machine gun fire at an ambulance in front of Kamal Adwan, with its driver inside.
They added that the use of ambulances in the northern governorate is almost rare, as most of them are out of service due to repeated targeting, in addition to the fuel shortage, which makes it impossible to use the remaining ones or what is being repaired (between one or two vehicles that only move around the hospital).
