The event will bring back a vibrant era filled with iconic hits and memorable tunes. The music from the 90s, characterized by its diverse genres and catchy melodies, would likely elicit feelings of nostalgia and fond memories for those who grew up during that time.

The trio were among other famous 90s artists in the lineup who performed at the Cassette 90 event, which premiered in August 2023 in Jeddah and continued to take place in 2024 in Riyadh Season and New Alamein Festival.

With a career spanning over three decades, Tawfik, 58, is best known for Sahrany, Ya Ahla Menhom, Allah Alaik Ya Seidy, and Tetragga Feya, among other songs. Tawfik has over 15 albums; his most recent hit, El Ostaz (2024), featured Mahraganat singer Eslam Shendy.

Abbas, 61, gained popularity in the 90s with the release of his songs Wana Wana Wana, Eineha El Sood, Ta'ala, Ya Leila, and his most successful hit Habibi Dah. His music during this time was a mix of pop, rock, and traditional Arabic sounds. He is also known for film and TV series theme songs, such as Yertrabba Fi Ezzo and Keda Reda. Abbas released over 10 albums.

Singer, songwriter, and actor Fouad, 62, peaked his career with romantic songs and films in the 90s. His most famous hits include Kamannana, Khadny El-Haneen, Ana Law Habibak, and Ibn Balad. With around 25 albums, Fouad was on top of the Arab charts for many years.

The trio were among the top-selling singers of the cassette golden era in the 80s and 90s, with tens of their albums hitting the Egyptian and Arab world’s top charts.
