The tour comes as the Armed Forces General Command is keen to follow up on the educational process and monitor personnel morale.

Khalifa listened to a presentation by Major General Walid Al-Hamaki, the institute’s director, who spoke about the institute’s efforts to develop the preparation and qualification systems in line with the ongoing developments in the field of education.

Al-Hamaki noted that the institute aims to graduate non-commissioned officer teachers who demonstrate high professionalism in carrying out any assigned tasks.

The army’s chief of staff also inspected the educational process and training activities that reflected the distinguished level of students.

Moreover, Khalifa conveyed to the institute's faculty and students the appreciation of President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi and Minister of Defence and Military Production General Abdel Mageed Saqr.

He also reiterated the Armed Forces’ dedication to providing all necessary resources to advance its institutions' educational and training systems.

Furthermore, Khalifa underscored the goal of cultivating a combatant individual with high physical and mental capabilities and noble values, serving as an honourable example of the Egyptian military.

Recognizing the vital role of non-commissioned officers as key pillars of the Armed Forces, he urged them to equip themselves with knowledge and awareness to build a personality capable of safeguarding Egypt's security and stability amid rapid challenges.
