The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) forecasted daytime temperatures to be slightly cold in most areas from Thursday to Tuesday, tending to be warm in South Sinai and the southern regions.
Meanwhile, most areas will be very cold at night and early morning, reaching freezing levels on crops in northern Upper Egypt, central Sinai, and parts of the Western Desert.
As of Thursday, intermittent wind activity is expected in parts of Greater Cairo and Egypt's deep south, shifting to affect the western coasts on Friday and Saturday.
According to the EMA, morning fog is forecasted for Friday and Saturday in some agricultural areas and highways near water bodies.
From Thursday to Tuesday, Cairo and the Delta region are expected to experience highs of around 18-22 degrees Celsius and cooler evenings with temperatures fluctuating between 11 and 12 degrees Celsius.
At the same time, northern Upper Egypt will experience daytime temperatures of 19-23 degrees, dipping to much cooler lows of 5-8 degrees.
However, the country's deep south will experience slightly warmer daytime conditions, with highs ranging from 22 to 26 degrees and lows from 9 to 11 degrees.
Temperatures in the northern coastline are forecasted to fluctuate between highs of 18 and 20 degrees and lows of 9 to 11 degrees.
