According to the EMA, moderate rain is expected intermittently over the northern coasts, northern Lower Egypt, and north and central Sinai.

Southern Lower Egypt, the Canal cities, and other parts of Greater Cairo may also experience light rain at intermittent intervals.

Marine navigation in the Red Sea and Gulf of Suez will be disrupted due to wind speeds reaching 40-60 km/h and waves rising between 2.5 and 3.5 metres.

Additionally, strong winds may cause sand and dust storms in southern Sinai.

A dense morning fog is also expected on agricultural roads, highways, and areas near water bodies.

Drivers are advised to exercise caution as visibility may be significantly reduced.

While daytime temperatures will remain moderate throughout the week, nighttime will bring extreme cold, with frost likely in central Sinai.

The EMA added that temperatures in Cairo and Lower Egypt are expected to reach 22 degrees in the morning and drop to 11 degrees at night.

Visitors to the North Coast can expect morning temperatures of 21 degrees and night temperatures of 9 degrees.

Similarly, northern Upper Egypt will see daytime highs of 22 degrees with much cooler nighttime lows of 5 degrees.

Meanwhile, Egypt's deep south will experience warmer temperatures, reaching 25 degrees in the morning and 9 degrees at night.
