Moussa will be visiting five stages across cities in Europe: Scala, a live music venue in London (UK, 19 January), Flucc Club in Vienna (Austria, 20 January), then in a modular event space Gate Milano, Milan (Italy, 23 January), and in TivoliVredenburg, a contemporary music complex with five concert venues in Utrecht (The Netherlands, 25 January).

The tour will conclude with a concert in Hole 44, Berlin (Germany, 26 January).

This will not be the first time Moussa performs in Europe.

In November 2022, Moussa went on a joint European tour with Egyptian rapper Afroto, performing in London, Paris, and Berlin.

He also took the stage of TivoliVredenburg in Utrecht in May 2024 during an event that featured several Arab artists performing at the first Arab music festival in the Netherlands.

The rapper also performs extensively in the region. Last month, he performed in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia, 13 December) and Dubai (UAE, 27 December).

Moussa, 29, is a well-known Egyptian rapper who came to prominence in the 2020s. Though he had been present in the scene since 2010, his highly successful hit Sheraton was released in 2020.

He has released three albums: Import-Export (2023), Bel Monasba (2020), and Florida (2021), along with a few EPs.

His album Florida emerged as one of the most listened-to albums on Spotify, just months after its release. One of the album’s songs, Tesla, garnered over 38 million views on YouTube.

Moussa made it to the 2022 All African Music Awards, receiving awards for Best African Rapper, Breakthrough Artist of the Year, and Best Artist in African Hip-Hop.

The Cairo-based artist’s signature style shines through in all the songs, seamlessly blending modern hip-hop with mahraganat and shaabi genres.
