In central Gaza, Israeli airstrikes targeting the Al-Bureij refugee camp killed at least five Palestinians and injured several others, according to local sources. WAFA also reported additional casualties in a separate bombing in the Al-Mawassi area, west of Khan Younis in southern Gaza.

Another attack killed at least two Palestinians following an Israeli airstrike on Al-Mansoura Street in the Shuja'iyya neighbourhood, east of Gaza City.

In addition, Israeli forces targeted civilians near Al-Shafii Mosque, located near the Tayba Towers in western Khan Younis, southern Gaza. Gaza civil defence teams retrieved the body of one person killed and reported two others injured in the attack.

Furthermore, four more Palestinians were killed after succumbing to injuries sustained in earlier airstrikes, WAFA reported. A woman succumbed to wounds after being injured in an airstrike on a residential apartment near Al-Amal Hospital, west of Khan Younis. A young man also died from injuries caused by an attack in the Al-Mawasi area, according to WAFA.

In a further tragic development, a woman died from wounds several days after being critically injured in an Israeli strike that hit a displaced family's tent in Khan Younis, joining her three children who were killed in the same attack. Additionally, a young man was killed from earlier injuries caused by an Israeli bombing east of Rafah, southern Gaza.

Meanwhile, a child tragically lost his life after falling into a boiling pot at the Al-Mufti School shelter in the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza. The child had been injured four days earlier when Israeli airstrikes struck the shelter.

The ongoing Israeli genocidal war on Gaza has killed at least 46,006 people, mostly women and children, according to Gaza’s health ministry. The ministry also reports that over 109,378 people have been injured.

Thousands of victims remain trapped under rubble, inaccessible to rescue teams due to continued Israeli attacks, WAFA said.
