Gross's remarks come just a few hours before facing Nigeria's Enyimba in the CAF Confederation Cup.
The Cairo giants are due to host their Nigerian counterparts on Sunday in the final round of the secondary continental tournament group stage.
The reigning champions have already secured a place in the quarters after their 3-1 away win over Mozambique's Black Bulls in the fifth round a week ago.
"Winning all games is our target. We know that tomorrow's opponent is a difficult one. Continental games are important, and winning them is a must," said the Swiss coach in the pre-match press conference on Saturday.
"We have only 24 hours to prepare for the game as we are monitoring our injured players and we could do some changes in our line up, but I have confidence in any player who will take the chance," the coach added.
Zamalek, who lead Group D with an impressive 11 points, comfortably surpass Egyptian rivals Masry, currently occupying the second position, by five points.
Black Bulls remain fourth with four points, while Nigeria's Enyimba are third with five points after five rounds of intense competition.
According to Gross, Zamalek needs to work hard on balancing offence and defence. He added that his team should fully concentrate on Sunday's game.
"We are ready for any opponent in the next round," he concluded.
