The visit is part of ongoing field monitoring to assess the Armed Forces' readiness and combat preparedness.

During the visit, the commander-in-chief of the Egyptian Armed Forces was briefed on the Air Force personnel's combat missions and training activities, which enabled them to achieve the highest levels of combat readiness.

Saqr also witnessed a simulated real-life training involving a fighter aircraft, followed by an inspection of one of the air squadrons.

This included reviewing preparatory activities and procedures performed before flight operations.

Moreover, the minister met with several Air Force personnel and discussed the planning and execution strategies for their assigned missions with them.

He also toured an exhibition showcasing various multi-role aircraft and fighter jets.

Furthermore, Saqr conveyed President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi's appreciation to the Air Force personnel.

He also emphasized the Armed Forces’ commitment to providing them with advanced training systems to enhance the preparation and qualification of pilots, engineers, and technical cadres.

Minister Saqr also highlighted the need to integrate comprehensive technical support systems to ensure the Air Force maintains the highest level of readiness to protect the nation and secure Egyptian airspace under all circumstances.

In addition, he urged Air Force personnel to redouble their training efforts and maximize the use of all available resources to ensure the Armed Forces' consistent readiness to safeguard the nation’s borders and protect its resources across all strategic directions.

This is particularly crucial given the rapid and complex changes occurring at the regional and international levels, he stressed.
