The Libyan club convened a press conference to unveil the player, who expressed gratitude for the opportunity and vowed to meet the expectations of Ittihad's passionate supporters.
"I am delighted to be here amongst you all, and I am committed to exceeding your expectations while delivering notable performances throughout my loan tenure," the Egypt international said during the press briefing.
Notably, former Ahly coach Juan Carlos Garrido is presently at the helm of Libya's Ittihad.
The 30-year-old forward, Kahraba, initially signed with Ahly in January 2020 from Portuguese outfit Desportivo Aves and undertook a loan spell with Hatayspor of Turkey in January 2022 before reuniting with the club in June 2022.
Kahraba boasts an impressive record at Ahly, netting 48 goals and providing 18 assists in 144 matches.
He helped collect 14 trophies, including four CAF Champions League titles and three Egyptian Premier League triumphs.
In a standout performance during the 2023 season, Kahraba clinched the CAF Champions League top scorer title after registering six goals for the club in the prestigious competition.
A product of Ahly youth academies, Kahraba started his journey in the Egyptian Premier League with Enppi in 201.
He was quickly picked up by Swiss teams FC Luzern and Grasshopper Club Zurich.
He joined Zamalek in August 2015 after returning to the Egyptian Premier League but was quickly loaned to the Saudi side Ittihad in July 2016.
In July 2019, Kahraba secured a transfer to Desportivo Aves on a free basis after the termination of his contract with Zamalek before returning to Alma mater.
