Cairo to host meeting for Saudi, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Egypt FMs, PA, and AL chief Saturday: Reports
Cairo will host a meeting of the foreign ministers of Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Jordan, and Egypt, as well as representatives of the Palestinian Authority and the Secretary General of the Arab League on Saturday, according to media reports.
The meeting is expected to discuss a united Arab response to the recent proposals made by US President Donald Trump to transfer the Palestinians from the war-devastated Gaza Strip.
An Arab communique could underscore that Arab countries support the rejection announced by Egypt and Jordan of the US president's proposals, according to the Cairo reporter of the Saudi Al Hadath satellite channel.
