This came following their meeting in Cairo on Sunday.
According to the Egyptian Armed Forces, the two ministers discussed the latest regional and international developments and their impact on security and stability in the region. They also discussed ways to enhance military cooperation between Egypt and Kuwait.
General Saqr reaffirmed Egypt's deep appreciation for the historical ties between the two nations and emphasized the Armed Forces' commitment to strengthening military collaboration.
For his part, Sheikh Fahd Al-Sabah praised Egypt's strong and enduring relations with Kuwait and hoped for further military cooperation in the future.
Lieutenant General Ahmed Khalifa, Chief of Staff of the Egyptian Armed Forces, and senior military officials from both countries attended the meeting and the signing ceremony.
