The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) expects wind speed to reach 35-50 km/h, disrupting maritime navigation in the Mediterranean and Red Seas.
It also forecasts rainfall of varying intensity in parts of northern Egypt, with temperatures dropping by 2-3 degrees nationwide.
From Wednesday through Monday, daytime temperatures in Cairo and Lower Egypt will fluctuate between 17 and 19 degrees, dropping to 10 degrees at night.
On the northern coasts, daytime temperatures are expected to be 16-18 degrees, with nighttime lows dipping to 10-12 degrees.
Meanwhile, the EMA predicts northern Upper Egypt to experience highs of 18-21 degrees and lows of 10-11 degrees.
However, Egypt's deep south will see warmer conditions, with daytime highs peaking at 26 degrees on Wednesday and declining to 23 degrees by Monday.
Nighttime lows will dip to 10-11 degrees.
