The Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said Abdelatty also underscored the necessity of establishing an independent Palestinian state based on the two-state solution, which would foster regional security and stability.

He reviewed Cairo’s recent efforts to implement the Gaza ceasefire agreement in its three phases and secure the prisoner-captive exchange.

Abdelatty also highlighted Egypt’s ongoing efforts to ensure and intensify the delivery of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip, which is experiencing a worsening humanitarian crisis.

Furthermore, he stressed the importance of initiating early recovery and reconstruction projects in the devastated strip.

For his part, Graham expressed gratitude for President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi’s significant role in promoting regional security and stability.

FM Abdelatty also thanked Graham for supporting the Egypt-US strategic partnership, emphasizing its role in achieving both countries' common interests.

Both leaders reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening this partnership, stressing the importance of continued coordination and consultation between their nations.
