Osasuna fans displayed a banner that read "Show Israel the red card" alongside the Palestinian flag during Saturday's match in Pamplona.
The Basques fans waved Palestinian flags in solidarity with the Palestinians.
The match between the two teams ended in a 1-1 draw.
On 19 January a ceasefire deal in Gaza came into effect to end a 15-month Israeli devastating war on the strip.
