The housing ministry said in a statement on Saturday that the initiative offers exclusive benefits and flexible payment options. The first phase is launched in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
This phase includes 5,055 units, some of which are available for immediate delivery, and others will be completed by the end of 2025.
According to the housing ministry, the offering caters to various income groups and economic levels.
Egyptians abroad can take advantage of exclusive discounts ranging from three to 10 percent off market prices and payment plans extending up to 10 years.
The newly launched official website, set to go live on Sunday, offers a fully digital experience. It features virtual tours, allowing users to explore unit details, sizes, finishes, and locations before making a purchase decision.
The platform also provides comprehensive information on available projects, booking conditions, and secure payment options, including bank transfers, ATM transactions, and credit card payments.
First-phase projects
The first phase includes units in the following developments:
Arabesque (Cairo), Capital Residence (D2 Residential District, New Administrative Capital), Capital Residence (D2 Promenade, New Administrative Capital), New Garden City (R5 Residential District, New Administrative Capital), Madinaty (New Cairo), Valley Towers East (New Obour), Saba (6th of October City), Valley Towers (October Gardens), Bliss Gates (Sheikh Zayed City), Beachfront Towers (New Alamein), The Latin District" (New Alamein), and Zahia (New Mansoura City).
Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Sherif El-Sherbiny emphasized that the initiative reflects the government’s commitment to supporting Egyptians abroad by facilitating property ownership in Egypt.
He highlighted that this effort aligns with Egypt Vision 2030, which focuses on urban expansion and attracting real estate investment.
"We aim to provide housing options that suit all Egyptian expatriates, ensuring a seamless and secure online booking experience. This initiative offers exclusive advantages, reinforcing the government’s commitment to meeting their aspirations and strengthening their ties to their homeland," the minister stated.
He further noted that this first phase is part of a broader strategy, with multiple upcoming housing offerings designed to accommodate the diverse needs of Egyptians living abroad.
